We endeavour to achieve the best possible price and manage the process from start to finish, taking away the stress and anxiety of this most important transaction. Once appointed, Angela Silverman & Associates take responsibility for the instruction of sub-agents and we liaise, co-ordinate and monitor all third parties to achieve the best possible outcome for you.

Our appointment does not involve any additional cost to a normal multi-agent fee of 3%+VAT, as our successful selling agent is paid 2% plus VAT upon completion directly from Angela Silverman & Associates.
