This multi-channelled distribution is liaised and monitored by Angela Silverman & Associates, and has proved extremely successful in achieving the best possible price.

We endeavour to achieve the best possible price and manage the process from start to finish, taking away the stress and anxiety of this most important transaction. Once appointed, Angela Silverman & Associates take responsibility for the instruction of sub-agents and we liaise, co-ordinate and monitor all third parties to achieve the best possible outcome for you.

Our appointment does not involve any additional cost to a normal multi-agent fee of 3%+VAT, as our successful selling agent is paid 2% plus VAT upon completion directly from Angela Silverman & Associates.
